Below is a poem that I wrote. It was inspired by the Mattel Gender-Neutral Doll.
The Doll The Doll With features that betray no obvious gender lips not too full eyelashes not too long jaw not too wide with no Barbie-like breasts or Ken-like broad shoulders The Doll Portrays a person instead of a gender The Doll boy, girl, neither, or both Redefines the image of who you can be The Doll Redefines society.

I see different literary features used to bring out the mains genius of the gender neutral doll. I think that stereotypes are still a big problem in this day and age. I wonder why the artist chose the doll in particular instead of other gender bias stereotypes, such as the pay gap.
